Macomb Christian Church’s Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, November 9, during both worship services. All members are encouraged to participate and vote, either in person or online. At this meeting, we have two important items to consider: electing an Elder and approving the 2026 budget.
We are an independent, self-governed church. Our bylaws call for an annual meeting of the congregation, which is open to everyone. However, the voting and election process is limited to those who are 18 years and older and active members at Macomb for six months or more. Your participation and prayers for our church and its leaders are crucial.
Elders
Elders equip godly leadership, guide the overall direction for the church, shepherd the congregation and protect the church from falsehood.

Nominee - Mike Minke
Mike and Melissa have attended MCC since 2005 and became members in 2006. They have a blended family with five adult children, eleven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter in Heaven. Mike accepted Christ in 1986 and has relied on God’s grace ever since.
A NASCAR fan, avid reader, handyman, and gardener, Mike enjoys road trips with Melissa. They serve on the technical team, and Mike facilitates a men’s life group. Previously, they’d led life groups, and Mike served as a Deacon. Becoming an Elder is an extension of his service and obedience to God.
Mike believes Christian community is key to leading others to love Jesus, the Bible, the church, and each other.
