Making connections with other people is so vital. No man is an island. We were not meant to live life alone. Relationships are hard to build in an auditorium. To connect with others, we need to be willing to gather together outside of Sunday mornings. Here at Macomb, we offer you a chance to be involved with smaller groups of people.
In an introductory way, we offer a 'get to know you' session which is followed up by our class on membership. "Welcome to MCC" is a session to ask questions and to get to know others who are new here, or who are just beginning to get involved. Our "Membership Class" is designed to give you a closer look at MCC and help you understand the requirements and benefits of membership.
We offer a variety of ways to get involved with others. Our Men's and Women's ministries are designed to help men and women meet together in settings where support can be given around issues specific to them. Our small groups are mixed gender meetings of people meeting together to grow in their faith. As they grow together, they form friendships. We also offer a variety of large gatherings (fellowship gatherings) and adult education classes through the year that allow us a chance to be together in one place around different seasons or celebrations.
