The Harvest of Talents

What is the "Harvest of Talents"? It is a churchwide effort to raise funds to support the many missions our church supports. Members and non-members alike are encouraged to start early and exercise their talents and gifts that God has given them to benefit others.
If you are talented in the area of crafting we are encouraging you to produce some craft items for sale or auction at the Harvest of Talents Annual Event. If you have a skill or a service to provide we ask that you donate a specific amount of time or a service to be auctioned off. If you can't fit into either of those categories and would like to help, we may ask you to assist in manning a booth or providing refreshments or even to check your closet or attic or garage for items worthy of donating to charity. Everyone can participate either by crafting items, donating items, assisting with set up or teardown, or just attending and buying items and fellowship with our church family.

This year our Harvest of Talents is going to benefit the ministry of t he Kalb family who serve in Ghana, West Africa. David is a teacher at Ghana Christian College. Not only does he teach, but he also travels into the northern part of Ghana to visit churches that have been planted and students that are now preaching.
